NSW Government School Vaccination Program

Is your child in year or year 10?

The school vaccination program has moved to a new online consent form.  Vaccinations will be delivered by the NSW Health School Immunisation Team on the following dates:

Year 7 Round One - Friday 31st March

Year 7 Round Two - TBC

Year 10 - Monday 29th May

Full details have been emailed to parents.
